HBS Alumni Forum Services

About

Alumni Forum Services brings Forums to the Berkeley-Haas alumni community. The first Haas Alumni Forum was successfully launched in the summer of 2013. It continues to meet in a San Francisco East Bay location bringing together C-level executives, founders, and senior managers to share their most challenging issues.

Additional Haas Forums have been launched including an Executive Leadership Forum in San Francisco dedicated to individuals who have CEO-level experience and understand that it is “very lonely at the top.” Forum is the place where those conversations can happen that can’t happen anywhere else.

Haas Alumni Forums offer Haas graduates the opportunity to join an Alumni Forum, a powerful, proven model of executive learning and peer support.  Young Presidents’ Organization members have dubbed these forums “The Secret Advantage of Successful Leaders.”  Forums facilitate continuing and meaningful development through experience-sharing with a peer board of directors comprised of your fellow Haas alumni.

Haas Alumni Forums are comprised of 8-12 alumni who meet monthly (at times chosen by the Forum’s members) to gain perspective and insight on the challenging issues they face as business leaders. The Forums are confidential settings where open discussion can lead to transformational professional and personal growth.

“Forum is about establishing a trusted community of business colleagues with whom we confidentially share experiences and develop a respect for each other that transforms each one of us to be better than we can be by ourselves."

-- Steve Terusaki, Haas Leadership Forum Member (MBA 1989)

The Haas Alumni Forums follow on the successful launch of over 35 Forums for the Harvard Business School community through its Alumni Clubs around the country.
