HBS Alumni Forum Services

Berkeley-Haas offers Alumni Forums to alumni in various regions in cooperation with Alumni Forum Services (AFS).

Berkeley-Haas has partnered with Alumni Forum Services (AFS) to offer Haas graduates the opportunity to join a Leadership Forum, a powerful, proven model of executive learning and peer support.  Young Presidents’ Organization members have dubbed these forums “The Secret Advantage of Successful Leaders.”  Forums facilitate continuing and meaningful development through experience sharing with a peer board of directors comprised of your fellow Haas alumni.

“Forum is about establishing a trusted community of business colleagues with whom we confidentially share experiences and develop a respect for each other that transforms each one of us to be better than we can be by ourselves."

-- Steve Terusaki, Haas Leadership Forum Member (MBA 1989)

What is an Alumni Forum?

Haas Leadership Forums are comprised of 8-12 alumni who meet monthly (at times chosen by the forum’s members) to gain perspective and insight on the challenging issues they face as business leaders. The Forums are confidential settings where open discussion can lead to transformational professional and personal growth. Haas is the second business school after Harvard to launch this exclusive alumni program.

The first Haas Leadership Forum was successfully launched in 2013.  Dedicated forums for CEOs/Presidents/Business Owners and for CXOs/Vice Presidents/Senior Mangers now offer the Haas alumni community the unique opportunity to share challenges and experiences and receive feedback from trusted peers who understand that it is lonely at the top.

About Alumni Forum Services

AFS’s exclusive mission is to help alumni experience the value and power of Forum in their lives.  Building on a 15-year track record of conducting Forums for CEOs, presidents and entrepreneurs, Forum Resources Network launched AFS to provide the Forum experience to business school alumni.

AFS leverages the proprietary content of Forum Resources Network, the largest provider of CEO-to-CEO learning forums.
